Hi Mick, This Warrior U-Bolt Skid Plates kit comes with the bolts to attach your shock or swaybar, 1 per skid plate. Thank you for your inquiry.

Will it fit u-bolts with inside diameter of 3.75" on one side and 3" on the other?

Dan, The Warrior U-Bolt Skid Plates are designed to work with the original u-bolts. Three of them would have an OD of 3" and one would have an OD of 3.75". Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

will these skid plates work on the rear axle also?

These Warrior U-Bolt Skid Plates are listed as the front only. For the rear you would need a W/I1755 which can be found here http://jo.my/u-bolt_skid_plate.
