Trail Master suspension systems are uniquely designed to allow vehicles to take on the most extreme off-road trails, yet remain quiet and dependable for everyday driving. To do this, we design our systems to limit excessive wear and tear on factory ball-joints, steering components and reduce noise and vibrations. Making sure everything is durable and reliable is why our suspension systems include items such as, high-grade alloy steel- tube control arms, Flex-joint bushing technology, precision laser cut bolt-holes, CNC machined spindles, CNC press-brake formed brackets, and much more. Our suspension systems also come complete with everything required to properly raise your vehicle without having to order or purchase extra components. Find out why more people prefer a quality Trail Master Suspension, than other suspension kits on the market.
i bought this for my CJ7 and was a little worried that it was going to be super stiff due to the fact that i was one of the least expensive kits i could find. installation: Everything went on super smooth extended brake lines are needed. the only problem i had was it came with a drop pit man arm for a power steering box and not the manual as requested. I called 4wd and they shipped me out the right pitman arm that day for free. i even got to keep the other pitman arm. i am running on stock shackles so you may be able to get more from this kit by upgrading the shackles. riding: I rode on it for about 4 weeks with the sway bar and the ride was smother than my 30 year old springs. flex: this past weekend i took the sway bar off and tried her out. well i was pretty impressed the wheels were moving up and down more than I could tell. we hit a few part where i was able to take some sweet pictures. i never got stuck and maintained pretty good traction all the way through.
I installed the 4" lift kit. With the existing sagging springs I actually got 5 inches of lift. At the Redneck Garage I did a complete video series on the install.
Does this kit come with sway bar quick disconnects? Also the description of the product says that it has a lifetime warranty. Is there a catch? Is the warranty really lifetime? Thanks, Bryan

Hi Bryan, This Trail Master 4.0 Inch Lift Kit with NGS Shocks comes with extended versions of the sway bar end links, however they are not the disconnect style. This kit does indeed have a lifetime coverage against defects in parts and workmanship from the manufacturer, thanks for your inquiry.

1979 CJ7. You mention extended brake line recommended. I was told the stock length is ok for a 4in but a must do for a 6in lift. Was I misinformed?

Hello Pete, The Trail Master 4.0 Inch Lift Kit with NGS Shocks will need to add extended brake lines. I would recommend using RUS695910. Thanks for the inquiry.

Does this lift kit or either Trailmaster 4 inch lift kit come with shock boots? Does this kit require front and rear brake line extensions?
Asked by Jeepy from on
Hi Jeepy, This Trail Master suspension kit does not include shock boots. We do have them available in several different colors. We recommend the extended, braided brake lines, here they are and thank you for your inquiry. http://www.4wd.com/Jeep-Brakes-and-Steering/Brake-Line-Kit.aspx?t_c=65&t_s=22&t_pt=4159&t_pn=EXP7405
