Designed to help full-sized pickups work hard on pavement, then work just as hard when roads are muddy, snowy, and rocky - or when there are no roads at all. The Open Country M/T combines solid on-road performance with extra ground clearance, higher load-carrying capacity, and greater ability to go off-road. Truck enthusiasts know it for its long wear, low noise and aggressive tread pattern. An aggressive all-around light truck radial specifically designed for lifted pickup applications. The aggressive tread can crawl through any mess, while the smart lug placement and design provides precise, quiet driving on the street.
Why are the overall diameters of the 37" and 38" tires the same, but the price is different by $20.00 ? According to your spec's listed here.

The prices are different because these tires have 2 different load ratings. But the specs for height are correct and they are the same overall diameter height. I verified this with Toyo and it’s just how Toyo lists the sizes of these 2 tires. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks.

The Toyo Tire company was founded in 1945 in Osaka, Japan as a manufacturer or everyday tires. In 1953 Toyo Tires built a factory in Itami, Japan. In 1966 the company established an U.S. headquarters during the U.S. auto boom. In the 2000's Toyo Tires entered the off-roading tire market with the very well received Open Country line. Open Country tires are manufactured in Toyo Tires' factory in Georgia. In 2012 Open Country was on the trucks driven by Robby Gordon who won the SSTD Grand Championship, Bj Baldwin who won the LOORS Pro 4 Championship and Kyle Leduc who wone the SCORE overall Championship.
