Hi Patt, For the TeraFlex Rear Adjustable Trackbar 1744000 here is what TeraFlex says: 32” – 33.5” is probably the min and max. This track bar does require a minimum of 3” of lift to install. I hope this helps.

What is the shortest adjustable length from hole center to hole center? Installing this on a '99 TJ with rear dana 44 that has aftermarket sway bar bracket. I need it to adjust down to about 31 5/8" center to center.

None, the TeraFlex Rear Adjustable Trackbar is adjustable for lifts from 3"-6" of lift. As long as you fall in that range, this will work for you.
