Can this be installed with the control arm still attached, and does it work with stock control arms?

JustEmptyEveryPocket, the Synergy Manufacturing Dana 30 Front Lower Control Arm Skid Plates cannot be installed with the arms in since they get welded in and you will most likely burn the bushing doing that. As for working with the stock arms it will work just fine. Hope this helps!

Will this work with factory control arms on a xj?

Pittsburgh XJ, the Synergy Manufacturing Lower Control Arm Skid Plate will work for all brands of control arms as long as you have the factory axle mount. Hope this helps!
