How do I remove the factory leaf spring mounts from the unibody without damaging it?!!! I have a 98 Jeep XJ with 9" of lift and long arms

Hello Freddy H, to remove the factory leaf spring mounts from the body, I would suggest a grinder and slowly grinding the top of the mount where it is welded to the unibody. After grinding, see if you can knock it off with a hammer. Just take your time and you wont damage the unibody. Please let us know if you have any other questions, thanks.
