I asked last week how they bolt up to the tub the answer I received said they can be bolted directly to the corner guards I was hoping to use them with out the corner guards which a previous question says they can be so can I please get the answer do I need to drill new holes in the tub or does the tabs on flares align with the already factory holes

Hey Doofus, the Smittybilt YJ Wrangler XRC Rear Fender Flares can be put on without the corners but would require you to drill a few holes that are not currently in the body. Thanks for your question.

how do they bolt to the tub? do they use existing holes or do new ones need to be drilled?

Hi Doofus, These Smittybilt 3 Inch Bolt on Flares for Corner Guards are designed specifically for the Smittybilt corner guards, which have small holes built into them already to accept these flares. Hope this helps, thank you for your inquiry.
