Is it necessary to remove the stock rock rails on a 2015 Rubicon to install these?

Jb, the Smittybilt Wheel to Wheel Nerf Steps with Cleated Steps, Black are not compatible with the Rubicon Rockers, so you would have to remove them to use these. I hope this helps!
