Constructed from space age fabric and custom-fitted for your Jeep, Smittybilt water-resistant cab covers will help to protect the interior and exterior of your vehicle from the elements. Jeeps shouldn't leave home without a premium Smittybilt Jeep Cover.
The ad said the cover could be installed with top lowered. That is impossible. Checked on line and no one installed with convertible top lowered and still on vehicle. Therefore, I,cannot rate this product highly, because it does not hold up to ad. If anyone has installed with convertible top lowered, not off, please post.
I'm 5ft 1in and I installed this onto my 2014 4door Jeep Unlimited Sport, solo :) The first time I put it on, it took about 20mins, just to see how it was going to fit. Incredible, tight fit... I'm beyond happy with this purchase!! I put it on last night and seriously it took me about 5mins. I'm loving this.
There are no flaps for the doors like is advertised. And if you gave factory running boards the straps are very hard to attach to the bottom of jeep. Also it is very heavy which is good for durability but makes it very hard to handle alone. Probably wouldn't get this cover if I could have seen it first.
Love the cover it allows me to take my top and doors off in the summer and not worry about storms
This cover was easy enough to work with that only 1 person was needed to install/remove it from a lifted 4 door JK. Folding it up for storage was also easy and it compacted nicely.
Great product, very easy to install. I had this cover on my JK for over a week of heavy rains, it kept the interior dry. The only thing I did was dump the water that pooled between the roll bars. Seems to well made. I use this cover everyday.
I like the cover, with one exception, it does not fit well when used with the doors and surrounds still on the Jeep. The rear section, that clips under the belt rail on the tub, stands 6" above the tub. I bought the cover to use when the top is down, It is faster and easier to toss it on than mess with putting the soft top up and down constantly. It's a good product but I may have to taylor it to fit my JK and use.
Will this cover provide complete protection from the elements? I ask because I'm about to return a cover that was supposed to protect from light rain, however the morning Carolina dew will seep through and the interior gets soaked and sticky.

Hi Mike The Water-Resistant Cab Cover with Door Flaps is water resistant not water proof. The BST81041-09 is water proof. Thanks

I have a 2015 Wrangler Unlimited Willys. This won't work if I only have a hardtop? Isn't there something else in the rear I can hook it to if I don't have the soft top rail?
Asked by Doug from Perry, Ohio on
Hey Doug, the Smittybilt Water-Resistant Cab Cover with Door Flaps will fit if you have the hardtop removed. All the Wranglers come with the body tub rail this hooks into. Thanks for your question.
