Description says eight point frame mount but instructions appear to show body mount what is correct? I may not have purchased these if I had known they were not frame mounted.

Hi Al, These Smittybilt Sure Step 3 inch Diameter Side Bars, Textured Black Powdercoat are a no drill install, the instructions illustrate the necessary bracket is included that attaches to the same point as the body mount. Thanks for your inquiry.

The finish says that it's textured , is it a flat black or a gloss black ? The pictures look as though the jeep has a flat black look and the pic of the item without the jeep looks like a glossy finish.
