I have factory seats in my 1987 Jeep Wrangler Laredo passenger side does not adjust forward or back only tilts forward to allow passengers to get in.

I just installed two smithy built low back seats on my 2000 tj sport. I purchased the recommended adaptors. The seats will adjust forward and back but, the problem is they will not fold forward to access rear area. Will this product allow the seats to fold?
