Give your Jeep some added flash with the Smittybilt Light Bracket. Smittybilt offers all the distinctive accessories you need to set your vehicle apart from the rest.
These brakes are great, only problem that I have is the lack of a gasket that goes between paint and bracket, thin film is what they provide! If they would have provided this, I would have given 5 stars! Other than this, they are great, places light out and down.
Shopped around and these are the best price for what they are. They install very easy and had them for a few weeks already without a problem.
We need a gasket for the rear bracket. so does not damage the paint of the car.
How do people typically run the wires into the Jeep for the lights mounted here? Wouldn't it get pinched in the door jam?
Asked by Mike Caulk (Newbie) from Schenectady, NY on
Mike Caulk, the Smittybilt Windshield Light Bracket lights generally get wired under the cowl and through the firewall so the wires don't interfere with the doors. I hope this helps!

This is showing up as an option for my 2005 LJ. The holes do look to be similar on the TJ/LJ and JK so...will it fit? Also, it appears as though it could possibly be reverse mounted (with the light being positioned higher rather than lower). Maybe not but wanted to ask on that point as well. Thanks

Where and how do the wires run. required cutting? seems like it could smash the wires if placed under the windshield.
Asked by ton chug from denver , co on
Hello ton, No cutting is required. Most run the wiring behind the factory windshield hinge into the cab. Please note that you will need to fold the front windshield down to do the job correctly.
