Would this hold up to a windy day at the beach? I live on an island and the wind can blow 20 mph winds constant. I wonder about both the canopy material and the poles? Thanks!

Can it be fit to a 37 inch tire that has a solid rim I have Military H1 wheels and they have only the center hub as a through point Could you get me the strap length?
