Approximatly how many tire fills can you get from a full tank. Ie, 35 inch tire from 20psi to 45psi? Or for my Sportsmobile from 35psi to 75 psi?

Cliff, the Smittybilt COMPARE Compact Air System by Smittybilt for Jeep will inflate around 2 sets of tires depending on the starting pressure of the tires and the size. Hope this helps!

Define "small" air tools. Impact wrench to remove and replace lug nuts?

Hello, A small air tool would be something like a die grinder or a small air ratchet. According to Smittybilt the Smittybilt COMPARE Compact Air System by Smittybilt for Jeep will run an impact however due to the CFM it demands you can only do a couple lug nuts at a time before having to wait for the pressure to build back up.
