Rugged Ridge Nerf bars are a classic addition to any Jeep. They not only have great off-road styling, but they give you a firm step up into your Jeep. This pair of stainless steel nerf bars includes UV-treated no slide step pads and custom mounting brackets. Includes all necessary hardware.
They look good, but thats were it ends! I would not spend money or waste my time with these again. The "self tapping" bolts are the cheapest garbage I have ever used. They don't start with the bit they tell you to use, they strip out very easy, and good luck getting them out after they strip. The flanges you bolt on are not wide enough to get wrench in, and they don't match the frame at all! Spent more money than they're worth! They are on but only because it wasn't worth my time to remove them and return. I would guess they fall off on they're own!
Do these look like the picture? I read the installation guide and they said the right and left side are the same? How does that work with the pads?

Hi Kato the Rugged Ridge Nerf Bars are different for the different sides. You will have a right and a left. If you have any other questions feel free to ask. Thanks,
