The Rugged Ridge Eclipse Sunshade gives the open air feeling you want, while providing added protection from harsh sunlight. Featuring reinforced mesh construction, the half sun shade installs between the front portion of a JK sport bar and windshield to protect either front or rear passengers separately. By using the mesh material with built-in elastic straps, this sunshade was designed from the start to eliminate the need for a header channel as with other similar products. An all-in-one package, this sunshade is simple to install and does not require any modifications. By retaining access to the Jeep top clamps, drivers can keep the shade in place and preserve function of the factory hardtop.

Rugged Ridge was established in 2005 by the company Omix-ADA to focus on innovative aftermarket Jeep accessories. Many of Rugged Ridge's recent designs are so innovative they have been patented. This includes their floor liners, snorkel and XHD Modular Bumpers. Since 2005 Rugged Ridge has developed and manufactured over 3,000 kinds of Jeep related products. All Rugged Ridge Jeep accessories are trail rated. The Omix-ADA founder came from a family that owned a small Jeep dealership.
