Hey Vladimir, the RUG12109.04 is for 2011 to 2015 Jeep Wrangler 4 doors and the RUG12109.02 is for 2007 to 2010 Jeep Wrangler 4 doors. Thanks for your question.

How does the rugged ridge 12109.04 compare to the DEI050137 regards the db control and durablity in very hot temp extremes?

Hello, the Rugged Ridge Hardtop Insulation Kit is not as good of quality as the DEI products. DEI specializes in these. I hope this helps.
