Difficult to get the nuts on the bolts on the 2015 Rubicon due to limited space between the receiver and the bumper. Would recommend duct taping the nuts to the receiver prior to the install, lining up the nuts to the holes. Holding them with a set of needle nose pliers works, but is difficult.
Was very easy to install, didn't even need the directions, it was obvious how to install it. The picture showed nuts welded to the hitch. They were not, but was still a simple install. Wiring harness was easy too. (I did look at the directions for a quick minute)
[...] installation was a walk in the park, appears to be exactly like O.E.M. Couldn't ask for more!

Are you able to reinstall towing hook after installing the hitch? Is there enough room?
Asked by Old cop from Newnan, ga on
Yes, you can re-install your tow hook once installation is complete. Thanks!

what is the maximum weight I can put on this hitch using for example, a bike rack or cargo rack, or both. thanks

Hello MK! Directly on the tongue, which is how your racks will mount, would be 350lbs. This may or may not exceed the capacity of the rack you are using, so make sure to check with the mfg of the device before overloading it.
