Coil spring spacers are a great way to add a little extra lift to any coil spring. Easy to install and do not compromise coil performance in any way. Spacers cannot come out of place while off-roading. They are also a perfect way to compensate for extra weight.
Is this the product I would need to level my 2005 Jeep wrangler unlimited? Would I need to do both front and rear? I just want to level it.

Gundog, the Rubicon Express .75 Inch Coil Spring Spacer Lift Kit will give you around 3/4" of an inch of lift so if your Jeep is just unlevel then yes this will help. As for the front and rear if you want to level it you will only need to do the portion that is lower so that you bring the lower portion to the higher to level it out. Hope this helps!

How will I know if I need to replace the shocks with longer ones?

With 3/4" of lift it should not require new shocks.
