Lifting your Jeep JK Wrangler improves ground clearance and allows for larger tires but it can have an adverse effect on suspension and steering geometry. Now you can have your cake and eat it too, thanks to Rubicon Express best on-road performing kit - the 3.5-inch JK Sport Kit. This kit corrects steering and control arm geometry to eliminate bump steer and increases anti-dive for better braking and improved safety. The kit includes our new high steer kit made up of a new solid drag link that accepts OE tie rod ends while relocating the steering stabilizer above the drag link for increased ground clearance. The Sport Kit can improve the ride quality and handling on any 07+ JK or JK Unlimited with a 3.5-inch suspension lift.
Hello, if I'm also installing XRC 2 bumpers and a winch, what is the true net lift gain please? Also, will I require any additional components to line things up and will I need to replace the front driveshaft at any point? Thank you...
Asked by Jimmy from Northridge, CA on
Hey Jimmy, the Rubicon Express 3.5 Inch Sport Lift Kit with Monotube Shocks will only affect the lift height by about 1/2 inch. You will not require any other components. Thanks for your question.

I have a stock 2012 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. Does this lift kit need anything else such as exhaust spacers, or are they included? Also, is this kit easily upgraded to a long arm kit, or only easily upgraded to a short arm kit?
Asked by Cooter from San Diego, CA on
Hello Cooter, These Rubicon Express lifts require a exhaust spacer for the 2012-2016. With this kit all you will need to upgrade is the long arm upgrade and you will be set. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask, Thank you.

Many of the lifts I have looked at say I need to buy an exhaust extension for drive shaft clearance, others have mentioned extended brake lines. Are there other parts needed for the installation of this lift if your Jeep is within the year and make listed.

Hi Webwolf You will need the exhaust spacers if you have a 2012 or newer for the 3.5 Inch Sport Lift Kit with Monotube Shocks. There are brake line relocation brackest in the kit but some people like to use extended lines. Thanks
