UPS beat up the box and it was ripped open and all the pieces were 'free floating' in there with little padding between the rails. Even the nuts, bolts and plates came out of their bag. Each rail should have been individually wrapped and then strapped together inside. This is in no way a reflection of their quality/craftsmanship. They are really solid and I love the additional step/protection.
Bolts were too short for the front two holes in each side. No instructions supplied but easy enough to figure out. Very simple installation. Looks good and great protection. Added some scratches in the first week.
