Available for stock and lifted applications, RS5000 is ideal for on and off-road use, at an affordable price. The RS5000 shock absorber is the light truck, high-performance best value. These were a vast improvement over the stock Jeep OEM shocks...my Jeep now rides better than my wife's car.
I replaced my existing Rancho shocks on 1969 CJ5. The jeep had these on it when I bought it and they performed very well on and off road. I don't know how long the existing had been on but it was long enough for part numbers.to have changed. I called Rancho and they provided new part number and they were a perfect fit.
I have 94 wrangler and replaced the stock shocks with these. the ride and handling have improved greatly,it feels like a new jeep. can't wait to take it in the mud.
2009 Jeep Wrangler X w/ 4" lift. Can I install these out of the box or will I need something like the Synergy Rear Upper Mount Brackets?

Good afternoon! Could I put RS5764 on my Dodge Nitro SXT 2007, VIN 1D8GUE8918W138479. Best regards, Dmitry
Asked by Hull from Russia on
Dmitry yes you can put these shocks on the front of your Nitro. The nitro is the same platform as a Jeep Liberty and these are the correct shocks.
