The best just got better. Straight from Pro Comp is the latest in the Robby Gordon Signature Series line, the new MX6 Reservoir Shock. Based on the original MX6 it's the only monotube reservoir shock on the market with six way external adjustability. Simply turn the one piece billet adjuster to your desired setting and go. This 2 monotube shock has anodized aluminum bodies and is nitrogen charged to 300 PSI. We've improved upon the MX6 design by adding a 10 anodized aluminum reservoir. It also features high quality parts like, gun drilled 14mm hardened chrome shaft, 4000 PSI 6 braided stainless steel hose, precision 46mm single piece banded monotube piston and one piece anodized billet cap. Race inspired and built to take anything you can throw at it.

Hi I wanted to know what size the shock can stretch up to right now I have a 6 inch lift on my truck I wanna get it to 8 or 9 is this like a coilover where I can put it in there and stretch it out to the 8 or 9 inches?
Asked by Javier from mcallen tx on
Hi Javier, The travel length on this Pro Comp shock is 11.43" . You'll need to get the measurements on your shock mounts, top to bottom, so we can determine if this compressed and extended length shock will work. Thank you for your inquiry.

tell me why this will now work on my C J-7, we all know a shock will go on and work Looking at the one in the photo will go in front? and we will not run same on back? we will see if the back will come after. my C J-7 has 2"1/2" lift on front, and stock in rear so we can see front go's first

Outlaw, the MX6R High Performance Monotube Shock will work on your CJ7 if you have an extended length of 29" and a collapsed length of 18". Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks a lot!
