Run these as ditch lights on my 2015 Tacoma.
I purchased a set of these lights to use them as reverse lights mounted on my tool box. I had to splice into the wiring to run the lights to the rear. Lights are bright for their size and work well at night when I have to back a trailer or load the trailer in low light. One of the main reasons I chose these lights is the lifetime guarantee. Granted the Rigid brand is brighter, if you are on a tight budget these are the way to go. Don't waste your money on the cheap leds elsewhere.
I installed the flood series as reverse lights for trail use and backing up with a trailer at night. Lights are super bright and work well. I had to splice and extend the wiring. Even if using for the front, the main harness is too short. Other than that, lights are great.
Will this work if I have a light bar mount?

Will I need to buy the windshield mounting bracket and if so, will I need to drill a hole for mounting of the wire?
Asked by Mike from Culver, oregon on
Hi Mike, This Pro Comp Suspension 2x2 SQUARE 5W LED FLOOR PAIR fits great on the windshield hinge, yes you'll need the set of light mount brackets to hold the lights in place, and you won't need to do any drilling for mounting or the wires. The light brackets vary from different years and model Jeeps but we do have them. Great question, thanks for your inquiry.
