Great deal on 4 shocks

I have a 2 inch suspension lift on my TJ that I bought from 4WD.com over 10 years ago, back when they still sold their own brand. Shocks were still good, but front bushings rotted out, top bolts snapped off when inattempted to remove them, nuts were rusted on. So I was looking for replacement that would not break the "fun fund" since I'm saving for the next lift kit, wheels, skidplates... you understand. I got a phone call within hours from 4wd.com to confirm my Jeep Specs and thus receive the right shocks, they were delivered with bushings installed and the rest of the hardware. Not included were nuts & bolts to the frame, but that was expected, picked up new SS nuts, washers, bolts at local hardware store. Bottom line, this was a good deal to replace all 4 shicks on an existing lift-kit for cheap.

Does this shock package come with shocks to compensate for any lift. If you buy the single shock you can get them in three sides. I just don't see anywhere that gives you the option to choose. Got a 1998 jeep cherokee sport. Will have around 3 inches or so of lift. Need the shocks to compensate.

Hello, This is a generic part number. When you order a rep will call you to make sure what kind of lift you have on the vehicle and to get the right part numbers on there.

I have a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sarah's unlimited with a 2-2.5 RC level kit, I don't do any rock climbing but do go off road some. How would these ride as a daily and off road?

Asked by DLB from Opelika,Al on

Hi DLB, This Pro Comp Suspension 4 Pro Comp ES9000 Shocks and 4 Black Shock Boots kit works great for trail riding and lots of daily street riding. It offers a decent quality ride and the ES9000 shocks in the kit are very sensitive to small bumps. Thanks for your inquiry.

Was wondering with a 4.5 suspension lift on my 95 YJ not sure what length of shock to purchase, meaning are these for stock YJ or will they work on my Jeep with that size of suspension?

Asked by stevesyj from 64064 on

Hi Stevesyj When shocking deal packages are ordered we contact the customer to check on amount of lift. On the ES9000 Series Shock Package they are showing for 4 inch or 5 inch lift so would be best to know the collapesed and exteded length of the shocks needed. Thanks
