2 Answered questions98 TJ SE 2.5L I installed rear LED S/T/T, marker and reverse lights. Everything works but the signals blink really fast. Will this flasher correct the problem without additional wiring?

1999 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Does this take care of the front turn signals also for LED? Is something else needed besides LED bulbs?
