Poison Spyder Crusher Corners are built for the off-road enthusiast who likes to play in the BIG rocks! Crusher Corners are a key component in avoiding body damage to your Jeep. Poison Spyder Crusher Corners are CNC laser cut from high strength 3/16 inch plate steel or rugged lightweight 3/16 inch 6061-T6 aluminum. The precisely cut pattern is then carefully roll-formed for a perfect fit to your Jeep's body lines. Crusher Corners protect your Jeep from the tailgate all the way to the door opening, in one unbroken curtain of impregnable body armor At the front edge, Crusher Corners are precisely cut to integrate with Poison Spyder Rocker Knockers or Ricochet Rockers. All of the bolt holes are countersunk, and the supplied stainless steel flat head cap screws yield a smooth, flat surface to slide over rocks. These Crusher Corners feature a smooth side with maximum trail clearance, but Crusher Corners with integrated Crusher Flares are also available.
Standard Crusher Corners come pre-configured with all of our most popular features. These include the larger TJ-style wheel opening, provisions for flush-mounted LED taillights (sold separately) and factory fuel filler opening. There are no mounting holes for the OE flares or license plate holder. "Standard" CJ-7 Crusher Corners are compatible with our YJ/CJ-7 Rocker Knockers or Ricochet Rockers with TJ Wheel Opening. They are NOT compatible with our "Stock" CJ-7 Rocker Knockers or Ricochet Rockers.
Choose your Material: Steel or Aluminum! For the ultimate in hardcore strength and longevity, nothing can match cold hard steel when it comes to body armor for your Jeep. Steel withstands impacts better without taking on damage or transferring damage to the body underneath, and it also has a smoother, harder surface that will slide over the rocks without gouging easily. The aluminum Crusher Corners provide moderate protection from side and corner impacts to your Jeep, but they will save you up to 50 pounds in weight. Steel Crusher Corners MUST be painted or powder coated to prevent rust. Aluminum Crusher Corners may be painted, powdercoated, polished or left as raw aluminum with no risk of corrosion other than light surface oxidation over time. Only steel Crusher Corners are available with Weld-On Crusher Flares, but both steel and aluminum Crusher Corners may be used with our Bolt-On Crusher Flares.
Crusher Corners, when used in conjunction with Poison Spyder Rocker Knockers or Ricochet Rockers and front DeFenders give your Jeep an impenetrable defense against rock damage. All of these components are designed to fit and work together perfectly, guarding your Jeep from the front wheel well to the tailgate.
This product ships as bare steel—it will need to be painted or powder coated prior to final installation. We do not offer a powder coat option for this item.
Looks amazing and easy to install. Only down side is on the back side it is so narrow it cuts out the body mount to the frame.
