Hi Steve S, This Omix-Ada Steel Replacement Side Panel does not have the JEEP lettering section in it, this item does qualify for free delivery. Thank you for your questions.

how does this skin install against the existing panel?

Reelhavoc, the Omix-Ada Steel Replacement Side Panel does not go with the existing panel on your Jeep. This is a replacement for the existing panel. If you have any other questions, please give me a call. Thanks.
