Tyler, The Omix-Ada Headlight Bezel can technically be painted but would require special prep and a plastic specific paint. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

In the image it almost looks like it has a gold trim. I had my headlight insert fall out and my driver side one is 100% chrome. will this one match it or does it have this gold looking trim

Spuffy, the Omix-Ada Headlight Bezel is chrome plastic. The picture distorts the color a little bit to make it appear gold. I hope this helps!
