What other parts will I need with this tank assuming I will need to replace everything from gas cap to fuel filter. 1979, CJ7, with six cylinder engine

Hi Colubrid, This Omix-Ada Fuel Tank will need the fuel sending unit kit, the filler neck, filler and vent hose, and we also offer the straps and skid plate for it. Great question, thanks for your inquiry.
