Will this gauge work with the standard 10 - 73ohm sending unit and does the temp gauge have to be replaced also ?

Je, Yes, the Fuel Gauge Part Number: OAI17209.04 is the standard replacement and yes, you will need to replace the temp guage also. Omix part number for the temp guage is OAI17209.05
