2004 TJ Model X, the driveshaft on the Jeep has a balancer attached on the forward spline that inserts into the transfer case. The one you offer has no provisions for the balancer? Is the balancer needed?

None, the Omix-Ada Rear Drive Shaft won't have a balancer on it because the balancer is attached to the output shaft of the transfer case not the drivehshaft. Hope this helps!
