Installed and leaked. I didn't put anything on the threads. Does it require pipe dope or tape? Neither nipple would screw all the way in.

Hello Byron, It should not require anything to seal the Mr. Gasket Company Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator threads. You could try some teflon tape, if that doesnt help please call into customer service and we will swap one out for you. Thanks for the inquiry.

I currently have a fuel return line installed. I am about to install the Weber 32/36 with this FPR. Do I still need the return line? Thanks

I just order a weber 551 carb, is it necessary to have this regulator in order to work properly? I am getting info that I need it and I don't need it. I have a 1985 jeep cj7 with a 4.2 motor.

Yes, it is recommended that you run this Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator with your Weber carburetor to ensure the correct amount of fuel is delivered to your engine. Thanks!
