Much better than my old Lite-Dots which failed completely on one and partially on the other. Put out more lumens. Easy wire up. Hope they have a long life.
The are a great simple replacement to the stock ugly taillights on a TJ.
I have a 1983 CJ-7 with the license plate mounted below the tail light on the driver's side. Will this unit provide license plate illumination to keep me street legal? >

Hi Bull from Prescott, These Max-Bilt Trail Tail LED Tail Lights are not CJ specific and do not include a lower light for License plate illumination. Thank you for your inquiry.

I have an '03 Rubicon. Are these flush mount or does one need to cut a mounting hole in the body?
Asked by Mudogah from Lander, Wyoming on
Mudogah, The Max-Bilt Trail Tail LED Tail Lights will stick out around 3/4". They use factory mounting locations and you simply splice the wires in. I run a set on my LJ and I am extremely happy with them. Thanks for the inquiry.
