I made the mistake of buying a cheap set of "performance" seats from a company that "surprise surprise" is no longer in business. Foam broke down, fabric tore, one seat turned from black to purple within the first year. The Mastercraft seats cost more for one seat than the original two I purchased, but the quality and comfort is apparent from only one month of 80 mile a day commuting in a Jeep Wrangler on 37" mud terrains! Since this is a daily driver, the recline function was key for me to dial in the most comfortable position for driving as well as the occasional "lean back" for napping. Was difficult to install in my particular Jeep due to my Tuffy center console, but a little elbow grease made it work and everything looks and works perfectly.
Product description states, "Fits 1997 to 2014 Wrangler and Cherokee, require seat adapters." Some information on where to find the adapters and additional pricing would be helpful.

Bailys, the MasterCraft Safety Baja RS Reclining Seat in Desert Tan / Brown Haze Outer/ Black Inner fabric will require an adapter for a TJ, JK, or XJ. Let us know what vehicle you have and we can get you some brackets to adapt this seat to your Jeep. Thanks a lot!

The roots of MasterCraft Safety stretch all the way back to 1970 when the company specialized in aerospace fabrication, manufacturing and welding and today the focus is squarely on seats. This focus began with racing seats with built-in suspension and branched into safety and seat accessories like belts, seat covers and grab handles. Developing graduated foams to better absorb shock that Jeeps undergo off-roading is currently the company's pet project, yet all of their seats incorporate comfort, style and, of course, safety.
