MasterCraft 3" driver restraint systems for competitive and recreational use meet or exceed SFI 16-1 specifications. Hardware is manufactured from sheet alloy steel or drop forged alloy steel, with military specification webbing. Most sanctioning bodies will require that belts be re-webbed or replaced two years after date stamped on the SFI tag. This is done to protect your safety. Lap belt is 3" wide x 55" long with 2" or 3" pull down adjustments and hook and loop latch guard cover.
The technical details lists this as having a 2" lap belt, the overview lists it as having a 3" lap belt. Which is it?

The roots of MasterCraft Safety stretch all the way back to 1970 when the company specialized in aerospace fabrication, manufacturing and welding and today the focus is squarely on seats. This focus began with racing seats with built-in suspension and branched into safety and seat accessories like belts, seat covers and grab handles. Developing graduated foams to better absorb shock that Jeeps undergo off-roading is currently the company's pet project, yet all of their seats incorporate comfort, style and, of course, safety.
