Can you tell me the measurement from hole to hole. On my 1990 wrangler, the hole spacing is 5 inches.

How do I install this? How do you get behind the frame to install the nuts? Or do the bolts screw directly into the frame? 1994 Jeep Wrangler S

Hi Al There should be nuts on the inside of the frame for the Footman Loop to screw into. Thanks
