Is this kit 50 state legal? I reside in CA. smog test every other year. 1977 CJ-7, 258cu. in. one barrel carb, 4spd,and a MSD distributor, coil and controller. My service manual states two different cams were used depending on carb type, one or two bbl. Does cam type affect performance?
