This is not offered as a bumper/tire carrier package, Fab Fours decided not to offer this so that they could have 1 tire carrier to meet the needs of 1997-2012 Jeeps. The bumper itself is model specific, so it will depend on your vehicle for a bumper. But we do sell the bumpers to work with this tire carrier. Either #FFIJK07-Y1251-1 for a 2007-2012 JK Wrangler or ##FFIJP97-Y1051-1 for a 1997-2006 TJ Wrangler.
