If your on a budget and want to raise your Jeep this kit if probably for you. Great if your also looking to add 33 inch tires, this kit leaves plenty of room and will not rub street or offroading.
If your going to tackle installing this kit solo with no experience DONT!! With no experience or proper tools this project will be a pain. When you drill the hole for the trac bar MAKE SURE you tighten the bolt properly thats going into the hole you drilled or you will experience wobble.

This product is solid
I have a 2013 2 door JK. I added these to my earlier Daystar 1.75 lift, placing the OEM rubber isolators between the spacers for a total 2.5" lift. The result is perfect, with a smooth stock ride feel, no conflicts or other modifications required. Great look and effect for low cost and easy installation.

Excellent product - improved ride
Great product. One thing to be aware of is to remove the stock 5/8" spacer from the rear. The directions did not mention it so I tried it with both, which made it hard to install. After checking the result I took it all apart and just used the kit spacers. It's perfect. One added tip, remove brake line brackets attached to frame and remove the parking brake line bracket bolted to the rear floor. It will make dropping the axle low enough to insert the spacer a breeze.

the lift is all there ....very affordable for the working man that wants to be able to put some thirty fives on his jeep
I'm wanting to install this lift on a 2007 unlimited Rubicon. Is there any issues running 37's with this setup, any specific tire & wheel combo that must be used? Any picture of this lift running 37's? Or would I be better off using a 4" Trail Master lift and a 1" Daystar body lift to accommodate 37's?
Adam from Louisiana on
Adam, the Daystar 4 Inch Suspension Lift Kit will allow for 37's with aftermarket wheels. I would personally recommend getting an actual spring lift over the spacers. a 3" spacer is bigger than what I would advise for that type of lift. Hope this helps!

Does this kit level and lift? Also, what is the biggest 20 inch tire I can use with this?
Logen from on
Logen, the Daystar 2 Inch Suspension Lift Kit will lift and level the vehicle. As for the biggest tire you can run up to a 31" tall tire. Hope this helps!

Do I need new shocks with this kit or will it work with stock equipment ? 2005 Jeep Liberty 3.7 4x4
Murf from 80915 on
Hey Murf, the Daystar 2.5 Inch Suspension Lift Kit would not require new shocks. Thanks for your question.
