Hi Jj, This Prothane Motion Control 1 Inch Polyurethane Body Lift contains the urethane bushings which are not recommended on the fiberglass since they are so hard, however we do offer a mount kit made for the glass tub. You can cut the mounting rubber into what ever length you'd like to accomplish the body lift. I have a CJ5 with a fiberglass tub. Will this kit work?

Hads, the Daystar 1 Inch Body Lift will NOT work with a fiberglass tub. You CAN NOT use any body lift with that kind of tub. You will need to get a stick of body mount rubber and cut it 1" over stock for a lift. Hope this helps!

I installed this kit, or one like it on my 93 wrangler with 2.5 motor and manual trans. I also added 1 inch spacers to the motor mounts. Now I have difficulty shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. Is there any adjustment that would remedy this problem?

I have run into this same kind of issue before on my own stuff and to fix it you don't need to buy anything. If you remove the rubber shift boot that is attached to the floor you can see where the shifter has been hitting the body tub. You will need to take something like a Dremel tool and cut away a little bit of the tub where it makes contact. I ended up cutting about a 1/2" of the tub away and never had another problem.
