I was wondering do the clips go over where the rod connects to the wiper. Im having trouble having my wipers stay in place.Every time my wipers hit a hard or ice area they fall out of place. I have a 1978 Jeep CJ-7 and I bought the Trico Exact fit.I can get them on but the wiper arm has ahump at the end with a circular outer dent which I know belongs there for them to snap in. if yiu could answer my question that would be great. THANKS,Andrew

Hello Android, The Crown Automotive Wiper Rod Clip goes onto the linkage instide the windsheild frame. You should have a little hook with a button on the end of it for the wiper blade. the blade is an 11-6 part number. Hope that helps.
