does this valve cover require any drilling and tapping on 1984 cj7?

Are the 2 of the 3 hole on top for PCV valves?

Hi there! Yes, the smaller 2 holes on this valve cover are for the PCV breather valves, and the larger hole is for the oil fill plug.
