Hello Noel, The Crown Automotive Turn Signal Cancelling Cam is shown for use with tilt steering. Unfortunately this will not work for your Jeep. If you can please give us a call on monday and we try to locate you one for use with tilt. I apologize ive checked all the books and cannot find one right now.

Denver, CO. 84' CJ7. Dose this cam have the horn contact retainer, pin, and spring on the other side?

Johnny, the Crown Automotive Turn Signal Cancelling Cam is just the cancelling cam. It doesn't come with the horn spring. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks a lot!
