Hi Joe, This Crown Automotive Shifter Boot is for the transfer case, the Jeeps with a 5 speed have a separate boot for the transmission lever. What is the length and width of the base. Does it have a metal flange on base. I have a 1980 CJ5 and need this for the transfer case shifter.

Hi John The Shifter Boot is 5.5 at one end and 6 inch at the other width and 7.5 inch long. The mounting ring does not come with it you have to use your old ring. Thanks
