Nic, The CRO83503572 front case half will work with your yj as long you have the vacuum switch hole on yours. thank you for your question

I own a 95 XJ will this match up with transmission? I have a NP231j transfer case right now

Hey Andrew, this Crown Automotive NP231 Front Case Half will only fit 1987 to 1989 Wranglers not any Cherokee's. At this time Crown does not make one that will work for you. Thanks for your question.
