Will this fuel pump fit a 1979 CJ7 with a 258 engine?

Buckshot, the Crown Automotive Mechanical Fuel Pump you are asking about will work with the 1979 CJ-7 258ci motor you are referring to. The CI number of 258 in liters is a 4.2 hope this helps!
