Hi - will this work with a 4" spring lift? 1977 Jeep CJ7 with power steering. I took the old one out because it was sloppy at the lower coupling. The clip was not there. Now I am wondering if it was not there because of the lift kit. I just bought the jeep.

Todd, the Crown Automotive Lower Steering Shaft Assembly with Power Steering will work just fine with any amount of suspension lift. Hope this helps!

Hello, the Crown Automotive Lower Steering Shaft Assembly does not include the clamps, you have to use the original ones over again. Thank you!

My CJ7 has a chevy steering coloumn out of a 86 pick up. The intermediate shaft with couplers is 36" long. The coloumn is a 1" shaft diamater, the gearbox is a 31 spline 3/4 shaft diamater. Both the upper u-joint and bell coupler are worn, these are welded onto a sliding D shaft. Would this fit this application? Jeremy

Jeremy, this Crown Automotive Lower Steering Shaft Assembly with Power Steering measures 35" from end to end. The opening on the U-joint end is 1" and 33 spline and the bell end is 3/4" and 15 spline. I don't think this is exactly what you are looking for.
