If I do not run a winch, is there a cover to cover the opening where the winch goes?

Hi! Is this painted black, ready to put on? I can't tell from the descriptions, what the difference is between this one and more expensive ones....any advice? Rookie here :-) thanks!

Laurie, the Crown Automotive Front Bumper Kit is painted black. Without knowing exactly which bumpers you are comparing this to, its hard to tell the difference, however it is most likely just the brand. Thanks for the question!
