Hi Grumpy, This Crown Automotive Flasher isn't necessarily to eliminate the issue with LED upgrade tail lights, however we do offer the solution from Poison Spyder brand. Does this relay work with LED tailights? The stock relay has 9 ports and this does not. 2001 GRand Cherokee Laredo 4WD

Hey Kwright, the Crown Automotive Flasher will not work for your 2001 Grand Cherokee. At this time we do not carry a LED flasher for your vehicle. Thanks for your question.
